Bugs and feature requests
Open an issue at github.com/pejmanjohn/chickpea/issues. Say which deployment target you are on, Cloudflare or Node, the commit or release you are running, what you expected, and what happened. Redact tokens, setup links, and anything from your Slack workspace before you paste it.
Questions and ideas
For anything that is not a bug, from "does it do X" to "here is how we use it", start a thread in GitHub Discussions. Setup questions are usually answered by the documentation and the setup guide first.
Security vulnerabilities
Use GitHub's private vulnerability report form. Do not put a vulnerability, working credentials, private Slack content, or exploit details in a public issue or pull request. Include the affected commit or release, the deployment target, reproduction steps using synthetic data, and the security impact, and keep any proof of concept on a deployment you own. The full policy is in SECURITY.md.
Corrections to this site
The comparison pages carry the date their facts were last checked and link every source. If a price or a feature has changed, or something here is wrong about your product, open an issue with a link to the page and to the source, and it will be fixed and the date moved.
